By reducing blight one parcel at a time, the Land Bank has catalyzed OVER $3 billion worth of impact.

Not only has 2024 marked a year to reflect on the impact of our organization in its first 15 years of its existence, it has also been a year of momentous impact.

First and foremost this includes the unexpected loss of our incredible leader, Gus Frangos. His passing has affected all who knew him, while giving each of us a push to work harder to preserve and move his legacy forward.

Further, the Land Bank hit its 10,000th demolition, received an important grant from the City of Cleveland to complete work in three of its wards, earned its first Top Work Place title and has been awarded more than $60 million from Ohio’s Department of Development for a combination of residential demolition and commercial brownfield work.
